Location: Camden, AR

Duration:** Minimum 1 year with possible of becoming permanent

Conversion Potential: Possibility of direct hire.

Openings:** 6 positions (50% Level 4, 50% Level 5)

Pay rate: $72/hr. on W2

About the Role

Experienced Project Engineers for our Camden, AR Production Facility.

The Sr. Specialist Responsible Engineering Authority Project Engineer will support one or more of the following programs: PAC-3, Mk 72, Mk 104, ATACMS, GMLRS, Javelin, MIR, Stinger, and GEM-T. This role requires a highly experienced engineer to assess and resolve production-program product non-conformances, working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Real-time WIP NC prioritization - repair, scrap evaluation, and functional coordination.

- Process optimization and yield improvement support to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

- Provide technical inputs for root cause and corrective action and systemic learning.

- Assist in designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.

- Assess non-conformances and determine immediate actions to maintain production flow.

- Represent engineering in Material Review Board processes and support RCCA efforts.

- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of Project Engineering experience, or

- Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of related experience, or

- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of Project Engineering experience.

- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Required Skills

- Experience in precision assembly and root cause analysis.

- Knowledge of design and manufacturing aspects of aerospace programs.

- Familiarity with Material Review Board processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools.

- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles and rocket propulsion components.

- Ability to assess complex problems and drive resolution.

Preferred Additional Skills

- Proficient in CAD, GD&T, analysis, or materials.

- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.

- Experience in project, materials, process, manufacturing, or integration/test engineering.

- Familiarity with pressurized system safety and rocket propellants.

- Experience with 3D measurement tools and software (e.g., Spatial Analyzer, Verisurf).
