- Knowledge of latest set of best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including the latest ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards.
- Provide positive, professional, and punctual customer technical support via all channels of communication, as part of the IT team.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting, functionality, usability and accessibility.
- Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font and accessibility guidelines.
- Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools.
- Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites.
- Ensure compliance with DPI standards and procedures for web content platforms
- Collaborate with the communications team and other staff on web needs and provide a framework for construction of new sites or enhancing existing sites.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the below:
- Experience with Adobe, Drupal, DocuSign, Microsoft Forms, or similar
- Experience with accessibility in Forms and web content
- Web development and management of high traffic websites
- Drupal 10 experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hands on testing and troubleshooting of custom modules, themes, and content objects
