DevOps Engineer
As the DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the observability, performance, and reliability of our platform infrastructure. Your work will directly support operational excellence and bolster federal data privacy and security efforts.
The candidate must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
This position is going to be onsite their Reston, Virginia, with occasional travel to client sites in downtown Washington, DC.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Continuously monitor platform and containerized applications to maintain peak performance and uptime.
- Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks and availability issues in real time.
- Develop and refine core platform components to build a resilient and scalable infrastructure.
- Engage daily with internal teams and government clients to deliver technical solutions and drive collaboration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a cloud engineer with a deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices for building scalable, dependable systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong background in DevSecOps, with hands-on experience in source control and CI/CD tools such as Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and managing cloud infrastructure at scale.
- Skilled in containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, and Helm.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with on-site clients and internal support teams.
