Sr. Manager Information Security & AI
Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Information Security who will lead a team of IT security professionals to protect our client s information assets. This includes building cybersecurity strategies, managing risk, overseeing compliance, and ensuring incident readiness and response. This role reports to the Executive Director of Digital Transformation & Technology and plays a key part in shaping enterprise security capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, KPIs, and security goals.
- Design and maintain secure network and system architecture.
- Perform vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
- Oversee cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and forensic investigations.
- Implement security controls across hardware, software, and payment systems.
- Lead software security assessments and promote secure design practices.
- Manage disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Develop vendor relationships and coordinate cybersecurity training programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading cybersecurity teams and programs.
- Experience building security frameworks from scratch.
- Proven ability in vendor management and executive-level reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning.
- Business acumen in manufacturing and IT domains.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Savvy in navigating organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes.
Preferred
- CISM or CISSP certification.
This is a 6-month Contract-for-Hire onsite opportunity with our northern MN and TN-based client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
