Job Title: Scrum Master

  • practices, and theory.
  • Working within an agile software engineering environment
  • Experience in conducting daily SCRUM (one to two teams)
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills DevOps functional and
  • technical expertise and ability to work with multi skilled professionals
  • within and across Scrum teams
  • Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and
  • managing business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Expertise in modeling/mapping business processes both as is and to
  • be.
  • Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and
  • Agile/Lean methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of business and IT.
  • Use aspects of Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage the Wiki, Boards,
  • Backlogs, Sprints and Delivery Plans to create efficiencies for your
  • team and their daily activities.
  • Utilize grooming and story pointing to manage capacity planning and
  • planned leave of the team to ensure proper work item allocation and time
  • management.
  • Accountable for understanding and coordinating all technology
  • deliverable activity for assigned project.
  • Understand what is being delivered and own the creation of the plan for
  • development work.
  • Participate as core team member, ensuring overall successful delivery
  • for the project.
  • Create and communicate the technology delivery plan to core team peers,
  • the delivery team and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report progress against the plan
  • Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that
  • foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
  • Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
