Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience working in Microsoft Configuration Manager or Intune
- Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Cloud Infrastructure, and VMWare Virtualization
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Creative problem solver with analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management with the ability to multitask.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell, Patch My PC
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Programming languages: Python, Perl, PowerShell, Java, C++, or C#
- Fundamental programming paradigm: Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Version control systems
- Mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM): Microsoft Intune and relevant automation systems
- Remove monitoring and management (RMM): N-Central by SolarWinds and relevant management systems
- Database Management SQL
- DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and continuous testing
- Security: Experience with security concepts and best practices
- Continue developing product knowledge
