- PMP certification preferred.
- project and program management; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and driven.
- GMP, GLP, and product development processes.
- Proficient in MS Project and creating project deliverables (timelines, status reports, meeting minutes).
