Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during day shifts.
