  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm, whiteboard, and structure a clear, actionable roadmap of data initiatives.
  • "To-Be" Architecture Design: Use industry expertise and best practices to create a scalable, resilient "to-be" data architecture aligned with the roadmap.
  • Team & Execution Planning: Recommend optimal staffing or project teams necessary to execute the roadmap and maintain architectural integrity throughout.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise data systems, ideally in sports, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who can shift seamlessly between tactical delivery and long-range planning.
