Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and automation.

  • Implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).

  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions aligned with best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards and maintain proper documentation.

  • Participate in upgrades, testing, and new feature deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and best practices.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps).

  • Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

  • Experience with Scoped Applications development.

  • Knowledge of Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
