Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and automation.
-
Implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).

Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
-
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions aligned with best practices.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
-
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards and maintain proper documentation.
-
Participate in upgrades, testing, and new feature deployments.
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
-
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
-
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and best practices.
-
Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps).

Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
-
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
-
Experience with Scoped Applications development.
-
Knowledge of Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
-
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
