SAP EWM - Functional Analyst
Location: Onsite - Richmond VA
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for warehouse management processes.
- Design and configure SAP EWM system functionalities, including inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, and warehouse monitoring.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments (e.g., RF transactions, reports, interfaces, enhancements) and work closely with ABAP developers to ensure proper execution.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation and roll-out projects.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM issues, ensuring business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP EWM innovations and features, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all SAP EWM-related topics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of [Number] years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Functional Analyst.
- Strong functional and configuration knowledge of core SAP EWM processes (e.g., inbound/outbound delivery management, putaway/picking strategies, internal movements).
- Experience with integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, PP, QM) and external systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
