Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee and manage the technology operations of our organization in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security across all systems. This role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a forward-thinking mindset to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage IT operations, ensuring seamless functionality and performance across all systems.
Lead deskside support teams to address technical issues efficiently and maintain high user satisfaction.
Oversee hardware deployments and ensure timely installation and configuration of computer systems.
Implement and maintain robust backup technologies to protect organizational data.
Manage and optimize Cisco technologies to enhance network performance and security.
Develop and enforce IT policies and protocols to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Research and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and IT capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within IT operations or management.
Strong expertise in deskside support and troubleshooting technical issues.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware deployment and configuration.
Proficiency in implementing and managing backup solutions.
Extensive experience working with Cisco technologies.
Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
