Banking Technology Experience
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and implementing software products for Retail banking, Corporate Banking and fintech sectors.
Strong exposure to core banking technology platforms, digital banking platforms, payment systems and regulatory reporting
Proven track record of working in a similar role.
Knowledge of banking regulations, fintech innovations, and industry best practices.
We are looking for experienced Client with exposure to Consumer or Retail Banking particularly in Deposits or Loans.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional remote teams in different time zone
Proficiency in any one of the leading core banking platforms commonly implemented in USA
Good understanding of Architectural frameworks like microservices, cloud infrastructure and multi-tenancy
Deployment frameworks like CI/CD pipelines
Agile software development methodology. Knowledge of tools like Jira, Aha, etc.
