This role involves installing, terminating, and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in a fast-paced data center environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

We're seeking Data Center Cabling Technicians to support installation projects for major hyperscale clients. This role involves installing, terminating, and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in a fast-paced data center environment. What You'll Do
- Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure in data centers
- Pull and terminate Cat5, Cat6, coax, and fiber optic cables
- Build out cable trays, ladder racks, fiber runners, containment systems, and trunks
- Perform field terminations, labeling, and testing of low-voltage cabling
- Assemble and install server cabinets and racks
- Read and comprehend blueprints and building documentation
- Maintain data center cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality standards
What You Bring
- Experience with structured cabling in data centers or construction environments
- Familiarity with telecom hand tools and wiring schemes
- Ability to pull all types of low-voltage cable and perform terminations
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders)
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with fiber optic installation and splicing
- Knowledge of rack and stack, punch-downs, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with security systems, access control, and CCTV
- Understanding of data center infrastructure technologies
