Pay Rate: $ 45 - 60 / hour, DOE
Position Overview:
Supporting both ongoing maintenance and project initiatives within the Patient Access domain, primarily focused on Cadence and MyChart systems. This position ensures critical scheduling and patient engagement workflows operate effectively and align with the organization s strategic goals. The analyst will contribute to the optimization of various Epic modules through enhancements, decision tree logic, and workqueue configuration.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain decision trees for Cadence and MyChart systems.
• Configure and optimize Appointment Request Workqueues to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Assist with enhancements to Visit Type Instructions and other user-facing scheduling components.
• Contribute to the Dismissed Patient enhancement project and additional access-related workflows.
• Manage a mix of support tasks (DEP, SER, PRC maintenance) and project deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and implement solutions.
• Respond to high-priority tickets and adjust project priorities based on business needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of build processes, logic rules, and configuration changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout the build lifecycle.
• Participate in regular team meetings to provide project updates and share knowledge.

• 3+ years of experience in Epic Cadence decision tree builds.
• 3+ years of experience in Appointment Request Workqueue configuration.
• 3+ years of experience building strong rule logic for scheduling systems.
• 3+ years of experience in Scheduling Ticket and Template build.
• Experience with Open Scheduling functionality is desired.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities.

• Epic Cadence Certification - Required
• Epic MyChart Certification - Preferred
