Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Netskope DLP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions using Netskope Security Cloud. This role requires expertise in DLP policies, data protection strategies, and advanced troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of data loss prevention concepts and technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Netskope DLP architecture, configuration, and administration.
- Deep understanding of Netskope DLP capabilities and features, including fingerprinting, exact data match (EDM), and machine learning-based classification.
- Strong knowledge of data protection strategies, including encryption, masking, and tokenization.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and security principles.
- Experience with regular expressions and pattern matching.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design and implementation of Netskope DLP policies and configurations to meet specific business requirements and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of DLP policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Integrate Netskope DLP with other security tools and platforms, such as SIEM, CASB, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Architect and implement advanced DLP features, such as contextual analysis, user behavior analytics, and machine learning-based detection.
- Plan and execute upgrades and maintenance activities for the Netskope DLP platform.
- Advanced Troubleshooting and Support:
- Lead the investigation and remediation of data loss incidents .
- Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex DLP-related issues.
- Conduct forensic analysis of DLP incidents to determine the root cause and prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for DLP-related events.
- Work with legal, compliance, and HR teams to address data breaches and other security incidents.
- Monitoring and Tuning:
- Continuously monitor the performance and effectiveness of the Netskope DLP solution.
- Analyze DLP incidents and alerts to identify trends and patterns.
- Tune DLP policies and configurations to minimize false positives and improve detection accuracy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key DLP metrics.
- Proactively identify and address potential data loss risks.
- Experience:
- Total of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 10 years working experience with DLP
- Proven track record of implementing DLP solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
