We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with exposure to AI/ML and network programmability to shape the future of managed network, security, and multi-cloud services. Ideal candidates will combine customer-centric thinking with strong business acumen translating customer needs into actionable product features.

Job Role : Product Manager with AI exposure

Location : Dallas,TX , Asburn,VA , Baskin Ridge,NJ , Cary, NC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and iteration.

  • Translate customer pain points into innovative product solutions.

  • Define and prioritize roadmap in collaboration with engineering and UX teams.

  • Focus on AI/ML-powered features to optimize network usage and automation.

  • Evaluate industry trends to identify partnership opportunities and tech gaps.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging, and positioning.

  • Create business cases and own product P&L.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including senior executives and partners.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of product management experience in tech or telecom.

  • Familiarity with network programmability, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.

  • Strong understanding of how software transforms network services.

  • Not a developer, but technically fluent and deeply customer-focused.

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
