About the Role

Arc One Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in SaaS-based product development or FDA-regulated environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong backend and frontend development experience, preferably in cloud-based (AWS) environments. You'll work remotely as part of a fast-paced Agile team, contributing to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based product development or FDA-regulated medical device environments

• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and SQL

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres

  • Docker, Git, Kubernetes, Kafka

• Familiarity with AWS environments

• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is desirable

• Agile development experience in a remote team setting

• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Git, and GitLab

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the stack

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration

• Optimize performance and reliability in a distributed microservices architecture

• Ensure code quality and adherence to regulatory and security standards (especially in FDA-regulated settings)

• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in healthcare or medical device software development

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

• Exposure to cloud-native application patterns and containerized deployments
