Online Readiness Program Manager

A globally leading technology company is seeking an Online Readiness Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact product and program launches across global online storefronts. This role aligns cross-functional teams Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Engineering, and more to ensure seamless, timely, and customer-focused launches. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented leader who excels in fast-paced environments and can manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

  • Center point for ASO, connecting all teams and workstreams, ensuring the best customer experience at launch and the integrity of the orders.
  • Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch. Own and deliver content, features plan with clear deliverables & timelines.
  • Track and manage evolving priorities with appropriate trade-offs. (With WWPM, Marcom, Digital Merch, Finance and Retail Commercial teams).
  • Drive detailed operational and systems plan of record and implementation, and managing readiness across internal and external systems (With Ops, RCC and IS&T)
  • Drive effective change management with the new and changing programs (With Product Management and IS&T)

Required qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect workstreams to business priorities.
  • Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen.
  • Strong influencing skills and coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • English business proficiency.

Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months (with possibility to extend)

Work Location: Austin, TX (100% On site)

Pay rate: $ 72.00 - $ 87.00 (DOE)
