RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Instructor/Trainer (Contract) for a hybrid - 50% remote/50% onsite role in Downtown San Antonio, TX. The client is looking for local candidates only.
Summary:
Our public sector client is seeking a skilled Workday Instructor/Trainer to lead training efforts across Workday HCM and Payroll modules. This role is ideal for a Workday expert with strong instructional design capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of diverse user groups.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing step-by-step Quick Reference Guides with visuals based on the client's unique Workday configurations
* Supporting the creation of training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
* Delivering engaging in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to various Workday modules and audiences
* Staging or configuring a Workday training environment to simulate real-world scenarios
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll
* Strong comprehension of the needs of power users, administrative users, and end user employees
* Experience in instructional design and documentation
* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
* Must be local and available for onsite work in downtown San Antonio
Preferred:
* Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday Certified)
* Experience staging Workday environments
* Familiarity with public sector Workday implementations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
