Summary
- Oversees enterprise imaging data governance, lifecycle management, and compliance throughout the PACS migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish policies for imaging data quality, retention, and access.
- Manage master patient index (MPI) alignment across ministries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with migration teams to ensure accurate and complete data transfer.

Experience & Skills
- 10+ years in healthcare data governance or enterprise data management.
- Expertise in Change and Merge PACS/VNA data models, DICOM metadata, and HL7 integration.
- Strong experience in data quality and compliance management.
- Knowledge of enterprise master patient index (EMPI) best practices.
