For this contractor assignment, looking for a Test Lead that has working knowledge of manual UAT testing and configuring test plans in X-Ray.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to testing team
- Ensure quality of work performed and adherence to quality standard
- Manual, automated UAT testing
- Build strategy for testing new functionality to existing application
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or other related field of study and a minimum of six years of work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications).
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of related work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing, may be accepted. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications).
skills: - Experience creating test plans (JIRA/XRay) and running them hands on as a QA
- Creating processes while closely working with developers every sprint
- Experience with creating automated tests in Playwright
- Knowledge of system integrations.
- Knowledge of common testing methods, testing tools, terminology, and industry practices.
- Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces.
- Knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations, or standards
- Knowledge of using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries).
- Ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to the insurance business or common business functions (e.g., marketing, sales, and financial controls).
- Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence others by educating and sharing information.
