Role: Project Manager (Infor M3)
Location: Mansfield, MA or Dallas, TX (3 days onsite/week)Hybrid

Job Description:
The Project Manager (Infor M3) will lead the execution of IT projects focused on the ERP implementation of M3. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The project primarily involves ERP implementation and upgrades on Infor platforms, including CSDe, CSD, M3, SX, and FACTS.

Project Manager (Infor M3) - Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
Communicate project updates, progress, and potential issues to stakeholders.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Project Manager (Infor M3) - Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in leading and delivering IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams.
Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
Experience in implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes.
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets.

Project Manager (Infor M3) Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Infor Deployment Methodologies (IDM).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Experience with Infor platforms, including CSDe, CSD, M3, SX, and FACTS.
Strategic thinking to develop proactive risk management strategies.
