Role: Scrum master

Key Responsibilities
Act as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear product backlog prioritization and refinement aligned with business goals.
Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team s progress.
Promote continuous improvement within teams, driving productivity, transparency, and quality outcomes.
Work closely with stakeholders in finance, risk, compliance, and operations to align deliverables with organizational priorities.
Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability) to support data-driven decision-making.
Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
Support organizational transformation towards Agile maturity, especially within financial systems, reporting, and compliance-driven projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent).
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial services, banking, investment management, or insurance processes.
Demonstrated experience working with financial products, regulatory requirements, and reporting systems.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
