Required Experience
- Direct experience supporting OpenAI products in an enterprise environment (required).
- Strong understanding of OpenAI capabilities such as GPTs, tools, admin console workflows, and error/debugging patterns.
- Background in Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support.
- Excellent debugging, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
