Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Candidate must have minimum 2 full-cycle implementations or rollouts in SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal consultant should be local to NJ and available for full-time onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance and Controlling workstream in an S/4HANA implementation

  • Conduct business workshops and gather requirements

  • Configure and customize FI/CO modules in S/4HANA (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM, etc.)

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals

  • Support integrations with other modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)

  • Perform testing (Unit, UAT), cutover activities, and provide post go-live support

  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years SAP FICO functional experience

  • 2+ full life cycle implementations in S/4HANA Finance

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)

    • Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing

  • Hands-on configuration in S/4HANA 1709/1809/2020/2022 versions

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills

  • Must be able to work 100% onsite in NJ
