As the Senior Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the scope, impact, and complexity of programs through all phases of the product life cycle. This role will manage interdependencies and integrations across projects, teams, and stakeholders. This position will work in conjunction with Product Management and Engineering to ensure the delivery of our roadmap. This position's objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Technical Program Manager.
Responsibility

• Own and be accountable of the program area and drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives for your program
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance for successful delivery for our customers
• Define end to end launch plan across multiple cross-functional teams
• Define communication plans
• Identify and track risks to project delivery and overall program schedule
• Conduct organizational change efforts that impact different cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to PLC and SDLC while maintaining visibility to Release Management
• Keep leadership and cross-functional teams updated on project timelines and results
• Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations to drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
