Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the education sector at a university located in Watertown, Massachusetts, United States. The role is for a Workday Business Systems Analyst, where you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient and effective operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools to manage, track, and document business systems.
Conduct Gap Analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up to date.
Implement AB Testing methodologies to optimize system performance and user experience.
Participate in Agile Scrum activities and Backlog Grooming sessions to prioritize work and streamline processes.
Understand and document Business Process Functions to ensure alignment with system capabilities.
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents, outlining system needs and expectations.
Operate and manage Workday Financial Management system, ensuring accurate data input and reporting.
Continuously learn and adapt to new system updates and functionalities within Workday.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workday Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the education sector.
Proficient use of Atlassian Jira is required.
Demonstrated experience with business systems.
Familiarity with Confluence software is necessary.
Experience with CRM systems is a must.
Capability to perform Gap Analysis effectively.
Knowledge of AB Testing techniques.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience with Backlog Grooming is essential.
Understanding of Business Process Functions.
Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
Proficiency in using Workday software.
Experience with Workday Financial Management system.
