Description

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation to optimize campaigns and drive results. This is a long-term contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Configure and manage marketing campaigns within the HubSpot platform to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing automation strategies.
Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Develop and maintain workflows, email templates, and landing pages to support marketing efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the marketing automation platform.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and automation tools.
Train and support team members on HubSpot functionalities and marketing automation processes.

Requirements

Proven experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integration.
Proficiency in creating workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus.
