Job Description:

Experienced Quadient Inspire Developer to manage the full lifecycle of form development and automation across the agency. This role will lead intake tracking, job creation, form number assignment, and the design and preparation of forms for use across paper-based processes, IFP, and Siebel CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Automation modules, and a strong ability to manage both technical design and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, intake, and close form requests; assign job and form numbers for the entire agency.
  • Design, revise, and process forms for multiple systems, including paper, IFP, and Siebel (LHD, PH, ATAD).
  • Create form layouts in InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro, including adding static/dynamic fields, barcodes, and schema integration for IFP and PSIGEN.
Develop Siebel form templates (regular, unstructured, enclosures) in Quadient Inspire Designer, including layout prep, barcode integration, and master template configuration.
  • Configure inbound forms in PSIGEN, building indexing workflows (6 10 steps) and verifying in DEV before UAT testing.
  • Coordinate with the Language Bank for translations; prepare translated versions following the full design and deployment process.
  • Support business units with new form requests, number assignments, standard layout guidance, and format conversions (PDF to Word).
  • Maintain form documentation, FCDs, file cabinets, and physical supplies for paper forms and job folders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure forms meet branding, accessibility, and data compliance standards.
