We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Dynamics 365 Architect to lead our organization's Dynamics 365 initiatives. The expertise will span across various components, including Sales, Field Service, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Applications.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to Sales and Field Service.

Design and drive the Dynamics 365 architecture that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment strategies.

Sales and Field Service Modules:

Leverage your extensive experience in Sales and Field Service modules to architect robust solutions.

Develop comprehensive technical designs for Sales automation, customer engagement, and service delivery.

Capacity Planning:

Assess and plan the capacity requirements for Dynamics 365 environments.

Optimize resource allocation, scalability, and performance.

App Development:

Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Applications tailored to specific business needs.

Ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules.

Integration Expertise:

Integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP, SQL Server, and other API-based interfaces.

Leverage your exposure to SAP and SQL Server backend systems.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize system performance, considering data volume, user load, and responsiveness.

Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Dynamics 365 implementations.

Partner Collaboration:

Collaborate with partner teams to execute projects effectively.

Drive cross-functional alignment and successful solution delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and implementation.

Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are highly desirable.

Expertise in Sales and Field Service modules within Dynamics 365.

Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and capacity planning.

Hands-on experience building Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Applications.

Integration skills: Exposure to integrating with SAP, SQL Server, and other APIs.

Leadership and Communication: Ability to drive partner teams and communicate effectively.
