Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to strengthen the security and operational efficiency of our identity services.

This role focuses on managing over 17,000 user profiles and their access to integrated systems while leveraging advanced tools to deliver effective IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Terraform configurations to integrate internal and third-party applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using SAML and OIDC protocols
• Handle IAM-related requests through GitHub to meet stakeholder requirements effectively
• Participate in refinement and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery timelines
• Configure new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP platforms using Terraform and UI customization tools
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support to address and resolve IAM-related escalations
• Create and update documentation for feature implementation processes and operational workflows

Requirements

• Solid understanding of authentication protocols like SAML and OIDC
• Proven ability to implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta and Saviynt
• Experience with version control tools and workflow management systems like GitHub
• Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex IAM-related issues
• Ability to collaborate in Agile environments and adapt to iterative development workflows
• Proficiency in creating clear and detailed technical documentation

Nice to have

• Advanced experience in administering and configuring the Okta platform
• Expertise in setting up and managing Saviynt platform functionality
• Knowledge of automation techniques to streamline IAM processes
