Job Details

ARBA Retail Systems is a Point of Sales software company located in Lisle, IL. We have about 200 clients across the US and Canada. ARBA offers customized point of sales solutions including inventory management, online ordering, self-service kiosk, patient room service and Payroll Deductions, which allows employees to use their employee badges at a cafeteria or gift shop and the charges are deducted from their salary. About 80% of ARBAs client include healthcare facilities and the remainder and miscellaneous pet stores, convenience stores, corporate offices etc.

ARBA Retail Systems is looking for an experienced sales person with 2-3 years of B2B sales. Technical sales experience is not required but minimally 2-3 years sales experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have sales experience.

An experience sales person should have expert knowledge in providing a sales forecast, maintaining a sales pipeline, extrapolating information including buying signs like clients budget, timeline, decision makers, business needs, competitors etc.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Gaining expertise in our products and services and able to demonstrate them to prospects and our current clients
  • Create and facilitate sales campaigns for new prospects or our current clients
  • Contacting facilities within our clients location that we are not in

Requirements

· Must have minimally 2-3 years experience with sales

· Experience in a customer facing role and maintain a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences.

· Articulate communication, proficient in both verbal and written English and enjoy crafting clear and concise messages to customers.

· You have a track record of making sound decisions in line with managing your time and prioritization of responsibilities.

· You are resourceful, flexible and hold self-accountable and persevere in the face of obstacles.

· You follow through on your commitments (and are honest when something is over your head)!

The dress code is business casual, more emphasis on casual.

This position is a on-site position for the first 30-60 days. After that you may work from home.
