Job Details
Role Title: Data Scientist with CECL & CCAR experience
Duration: contract through EOY, likely chance to convert to FTE
Preferred Location: Will be working remote EST hours, but will have occasional travel to NY for 1 week every 1-2 months
Role Description:
Looking for a Data Scientist strong in Python and SAS to help with model development from a production aspect. Implement and execute CECL and CCAR models.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,
Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Minimum of 4 years' on-the-job experience with pertinent programming languages (SAS, Python, R, or similar languages
Familiarity with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and feature engineering.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks, particularly CECL and CCAR, is required
