About the Role:
We are seeking a Cloud Security Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in cloud-based security solutions. This role is focused on web application protection and DDoS mitigation, working with two key technologies - Cloudflare WAF and Radware DoS. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven experience in deploying, optimizing, and managing these platforms to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Cloudflare WAF including
- Creating and tuning custom security rules
- Bot management to reduce malicious traffic
- CDN optimizations for performance and security
- Configuring SSL/TLS settings for secure communications
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Radware DoS solutions such as DefensePro or equivalent appliances/virtual platforms.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to web applications and network attacks.
- Provide recommendations for improving security posture and optimizing existing configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues.
