Senior Manager SAP Planning & Production
- Education: Bachelor s degree in technical field
- Relevant Experience: Candidates should have solid experience with SAP planning and production modules, particularly SAP S/4HANA and APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization), ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Technical Skills: A deep understanding of SAP configuration is key, along with experience leading teams through large-scale implementations or optimization projects. Familiarity with related modules such as PP and MM is a plus.
- Leadership Experience: We re looking for individuals who have led teams and driven cross-functional initiatives. Strong leadership, team development, and project oversight are essential.
- Certifications (Nice to have): SAP Certified Application Associate (focused on Production Planning) or other relevant certifications in supply chain or project management are advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a history of process improvement, cost reduction, or efficiency gains.
- Business Acumen: Understanding broader business operations and the strategic role of planning and production is important. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation is a plus.
- Project Management Experience: Prior involvement in SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts is critical. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is necessary, especially when working with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Change Management: Experience leading change initiatives and managing resistance when adapting SAP solutions to business needs is highly valued.
