Job Summary:

As a React Native Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the mobile applications for clients, ensuring they are robust and high performing.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including client partners, project managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile application development in general, React Native framework to be specific, and architecture design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Application architecture and code design of mobile applications in React Native. Understand the requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of developers in implementing best practices for mobile application development.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
Participate in architectural discussions and planning sessions.

Key Requirements:

The right candidate should have experience as React Native Developer for multiple applications.
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Expertise in React Native framework and its integration with native iOS and Android modules.
Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
Proficiency in JavaScript Proficiency in TypeScript is a plus Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with native mobile development and architecture is a plus (iOS/Android). Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Detox.
Experience in other cross platform technologies or platforms is a plus
