Job Details

Job Responsibilities

Onboard, configure, and support new and existing FIX protocol connections with trading counterparties.

Provide real-time support for FIX connectivity and trading issues during market hours.

Must Have strong experience in CHEF for automation.

Work closely with internal teams (sales, developers, support, and product) in their efforts to enhance FIX protocol integration, increase trade volume and resolve client concerns.

Monitor FIX connectivity and session stability.

Maintain detailed documentation on FIX session configurations, mappings, and troubleshooting guides.
