RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing and established Engineering Technology company in the Northwest Phoenix, AZ area, is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Product Manager. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, a 20% annual bonus plan, 401K matching, generous PTO plan, etc.

Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing a technical product portfolio, guiding the development of business plans, and managing the product roadmap. and defining product requirements and roadmaps. The candidate should have solid experience in product management, technical specification gathering, and planning for commercialization.

Responsibilities:
* Life cycle management of assigned products, including pricing, refresh, and obsolescence of products
* Define and manage the roadmap for assigned products while keeping digital user experience in mind
* Delivering product and marketing presentations to internal stakeholders to create alignment for the goals of the product line
* Providing product/benefit expertise to the sales and communications teams including competitive matrix charts reflecting market share by brand and price point
* Responding quickly to the needs of internal/external customers including sales and engineering to capitalize on new opportunities
* Present new product ideas and concepts to management, sales and customers through strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Preparation of project reporting for regular internal meetings (Engineering / Marketing & Finance)
* Ongoing support for Marketing, Sales, Development questions and requests
* Development of Customer BETA Launch framework including aggregating BETA testing feedback and communicating results to cross-function internal Company teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in Engineering preferred; Degrees in Business Administration or Marketing also considered
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in commercial electronics, electro-mechanical products, access control, fire industry or other type of Hardware products
* Experience with Customer Requirements and creating MRD for Product is required
* Experience working with engineering groups and marketing
* Experience with -Go to Market strategy- is required
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
* Excellent written communications skills
* Proven ability to work cooperatively across multiple functions of a business
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Strong financial and data analysis skills would be ideal

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
