Role Overview:
Sodexo is hiring our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Manager for Beaufort County K-12 Schools in South Carolina. Our successful candidate will have an HVAC Certification and the ability to manage a team across a large geographic area (40+ schools) This leader will build and execute a Preventative Maintenance Program to save our client money in the management of HVAC throughout the school system and operate with safety as a priority and be proactive and forward thinking. Are you ready to lead our team with expertise, training and hands-on mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, Electrical) skills? This is a potential sale, and contingent offers will be made.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage HVAC Troubleshooting, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, with strong knowledge of repair for boilers, chillers, air handlers and split systems
  • Manage work orders in our CMMS Maximo, conduct facility condition assessments, TRAIN our teams on preventative maintenance plans, and allocate resources

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
