We are seeking a Technical Liaison Network Engineer to serve as a critical link between our Network Operations team and the internal departments responsible for deploying and managing our SaaS applications. This role will ensure seamless collaboration, operational efficiency, and technical alignment between infrastructure and application-level services.


  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Network Operations team and the Application/Software Operations team.

  • Translate network and infrastructure requirements into actionable steps for the software teams, and vice versa.

  • Monitor and analyze network performance as it relates to SaaS application uptime, latency, and availability.

  • Assist in incident response and post-mortems involving cross-functional systems.

  • Collaborate on deployment strategies to ensure applications are delivered in a compliant, secure, and highly available manner.

  • Support compliance, security, and data governance requirements related to SaaS products.

  • Provide documentation and training to stakeholders on network impacts or dependencies related to application updates.

  • Participate in change management reviews, system integrations, and network planning for application scaling.

  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or SaaS application support.

  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and SaaS architecture.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage technical discussions across different teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a SaaS or cloud-first environment.

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.

  • Understanding of software compliance and monitoring tools.
