Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Algorithm Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing precise search solutions for retrieving information from large volumes of text data. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in search technologies and algorithms to help us build cutting-edge information retrieval systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced search algorithms for precise text retrieval
- Implement and fine-tune search solutions across large-scale document collections
- Evaluate and enhance search performance, relevance, and accuracy metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search capabilities
- Research emerging trends in search technology and information retrieval

Technical Requirements
1. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, including traditional text search, semantic search, and hybrid search methodologies
2. Proficiency with common search engine frameworks such as OpenSearch, Solr, Elasticsearch, etc.
3. Thorough knowledge of text retrieval mechanisms, recall optimization, and re-ranking techniques
4. Strong Python programming skills with relevant search and NLP libraries
5. Demonstrated experience with large-scale document retrieval and indexing
6. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and large language models as applied to search is a plus

Education Requirements
