NOW HIRING ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY TEAM LEAD
Location: Houston, TX | Day Shift (M F) | $25 $29/hr + Full Benefits

Position Highlights:
- Title: Electrical Assembly Team Lead
- Shift: Monday Friday, Day Shift (Guaranteed 40 hours/week)
- Pay: $25 $29/hour
- Location: Houston, TX
What You ll Do:
- Lead a team of electrical technicians in assembling and wiring power units.
- Oversee daily operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Read and interpret P&ID and electrical schematics.
- Coach and train your team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3 5 years of electrical experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on technical skills.
- Passion for doing quality work and developing others.
