Looking for Manager/Director of Operations
Full Time opportunity in Roseville, CA

Responsibilities:
- Duties will be to work with multiple business owners/franchises to improve overall efficiency in running the branch. Will need to understand overall function of operations from A to Z. Experience in developing and implementing operating policies, and procedures, managing inventory, sales support, report generation and analysis, focus on business strategy and improved business performance. In addition, look at productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability of staff. Other duties include community outreach and working with partners to give back for worth wild causes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to manage 50+ vendors while not losing focus on day to day operation.
- 5+ years managing teams and individuals
(50+ employees)
- 5+ years in the food industry.
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity in an organization with multiple sites.
- Experience in developing and implementing operating policies, and procedures, managing inventory, collaborating with community partners.
- Ability to write, read, and speak Spanish is a plus.
