Description
TEKsystems client is currently undertaking a large-scale onboarding initiative to integrate a growing number of new employees into the organization. As these hires transition, they bring with them their existing client bases. To support this process, extensive Excel spreadsheets are being created to capture detailed customer information.
The Data Analyst in this role will play a key part in supporting their efforts. This position involves working closely with the team to extract and analyze data from Excel files, review large datasets, and generate pivot tables and ad hoc reports to facilitate the onboarding.
Must have skills: 3 years of Data Analysis, Excel (large data sets, Pivot Tables, Vlookups), Reporting
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides front-line data maintenance, reconciliation and resolution of issues resulting from data loading.
Researches, identifies and resolves issues related to the collection of data from internal and third parties providers.
Maintains regular contact with internal consumers to identify, research and resolve issues.
Collaborates with other data associates to help resolve or remedy data discrepancies.
Provides timely escalation of data discrepancies to the manager or stakeholder for clarification or resolution. Tracks all escalated discrepancies until remedied.
This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on a W2 basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
