Job Title: Sr QA ETL Tester
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer (QE) with a strong background in ETL testing and Snowflake to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a keen focus on data validation, transformation testing, and cloud data platforms.
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes involving Snowflake.
- Validate large volumes of data across multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and developers to understand data workflows and define quality benchmarks.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and work with the team to resolve data quality issues.
- Document test results, log defects, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Must Have:
- Proven expertise in ETL testing with a strong focus on Snowflake.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, SQL queries, and test automation related to data testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
