Job Description:
Our Project Management practice group is currently seeking an IT Program Manager who has strong experience in SAP integrations to support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Kalamazoo, MI.
In this role, the IT Program Manager will be responsible for the Standardization structure around SAP integrations. A successful candidate would leverage effective program management practices, working collaboratively with various divisions and cross functional teams globally while delivering cost-effective implementation exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70-$80/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Define and implement global standards for SAP templates and work item hierarchies in ADO
- Create and maintain governance frameworks and standardization for epics, features, user stories, and tagging conventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adoption of standards across SAP projects.
- Lead SAP deployment standardization efforts across regions and business units, ensuring consistent rollout practices.
- Provide training and documentation to stakeholders on standardized practices.
- Authoritative in ADO/ JIRA
- SAP Deployment standardization
- Monitor compliance and continuously improve processes based on feedback and evolving program needs.
- Act as a liaison between SAP program leadership and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment.
- Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience as IT Project manager integration projects
- 5+ years of experience with Large scale SAP integrations
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP Certification/ Agile Certification
- Experience in Manufacturing Life Science
- Experience with large-scale SAP implementations.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and solution delivery frameworks.
- Experience with Governance and Standardization experience (Jira/ADO)
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex cross organizational issues and drive them to closure
- SAP deployment experience (understanding the Tools)
- Strong project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
- Strong organizational Skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong client support orientation
- Knowledge in logistics is a plus
