Position Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability for deliverables
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting variances
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience acquiring, documenting, and managing requirements for an IT project
- 10+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
- 5+ years of experience with vendor management and/or supplier governance
- 5+ years of experience with agile project/program and software product release management
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master's degree or higher
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience in managing software development projects
- Experience with IT infrastructure and systems integration
- Experience with budgeting and financial management in IT projects
