What you'll Do

Lead strategic analytics projects and present clearly communicated findings that lead to impactful insights for key partners.
Use data from multiple sources to understand customers and their in-product engagement, purchase, and retention, trial and paid conversion patterns create compelling data narratives that drive action and find opportunities to further elevate the Express product experience.
Own and drive growth metrics related to product engagement and monetization. Unlock customer usage and behaviour patterns and develop models to analyze the causal relationships between product usage, customer retention and propensity to purchase and convert at a macro and micro-transaction level.
Build new predictive models to understand the relationship between usage, engagement and customer retention - and fuel the basis for Propensity frameworks and find opportunities for monetization.
Develop Analysis frameworks to enable thorough data insights, while maintaining the quality of the insight, and inform strategy.
Develop strategy to drive Data Science and scale the efficiency of the organization by building creative automotive solutions.
Serve as the Business liaison, working across all growth pillars and the Finance and Go-To-Market organizations to build regular product performance updates with the Product Led Growth lens.
Lead the Growth organization forecasting and Target setting framework and build Growth contribution layers towards the Express KPI goals.
Partner with the enablement and product teams to enable analytics measurement across existing and new features built in the product in supporting data systems.
Build and maintain dashboards to enable self-serve of information.
Generate data-informed hypotheses to drive in product growth experiments and support readouts to assess the performance of the tests.

What you need to succeed

A bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, physics or a related field is required. A Master's degree in this field is preferred.

3-5+ years of direct experience as a Data Scientist
Deep understanding of statistics and expertise in building, productizing, maintaining, and improving predictive models
Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, validating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL or Hive
Self Starter, asking questions. Experience with Python, R or any other scripting language.
Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude is a plus.
Strong business insight, good communication and collaboration skills
