Job Details
5+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and complex modeling.
Hands-on experience integrating Smartsheet or similar cloud-based tools into BI workflows.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities comfortable translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Oil & gas industry background or prior exposure.
Strong change management mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
